Agentic Finance & the Autonomous Close

Manual, month-end fire drills can’t keep up with today’s demands for faster, more transparent reporting. In this 50-minute webinar, finance leaders will learn how to use AI agents and Workday Accounting Center as a “finance data brain” to unify fragmented systems, standardize accounting logic, and move toward a more continuous, autonomous close. Featuring Pan-American Life Insurance Group, we’ll share real-world lessons on orchestrating close tasks across 22 countries, improving audit readiness, and designing governance and explainability into AI-driven workflows—plus a practical blueprint to start small and scale.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify how AI agents and Workday Accounting Center can centralize financial data and automate key aspects of the financial close process.
  • Explain strategies for standardizing accounting logic, improving governance, and enhancing audit readiness within AI-enabled financial reporting workflows.
  • Evaluate practical approaches for implementing AI-driven continuous close processes, including methods for scaling automation across multiple business units or geographic regions.
