Power Plays: Women, AI, and the Future of Accelerated Leadership

Leadership is evolving rapidly as artificial intelligence transforms the workplace and organizations rethink how talent is identified, developed, and advanced. For women leaders and aspiring executives, success increasingly depends on combining technology fluency with executive presence, strategic relationships, and the confidence to lead through change.  This session explores three critical leadership accelerators: leveraging AI as a career differentiator, strengthening executive communication and influence, and building a network of mentors, sponsors, and trusted advisors who advocate for long-term career growth. Attendees will leave with practical strategies they can apply immediately to enhance their visibility, expand their influence, and navigate today's evolving leadership landscape.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify practical applications of artificial intelligence that enhance leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and professional visibility.
2. Differentiate the roles of mentoring, executive sponsorship, and a personal advisory board in supporting career advancement and leadership development.
3. Determine communication and executive presence strategies that strengthen leadership influence, increase professional credibility, and help overcome organizational barriers and bias.
