What options do I have for my existing registration?
Registrants may elect to switch to virtual participation, defer their 2020 registration fee to the 2021 conference (at the 2020 conference rates!), donate their registration fee to IASA to fund future scholarships or receive a full refund for registration (less membership dues).
Beginning May 11
, registrants may choose the option they prefer by logging into the registration site (you will need your IASA username and password), verifying your registration, and selecting your preferred option. Preferences will be accepted from May 11 through May 22, 11:59 p.m. ET. Effective midnight, Monday, May 25, registrants who have not selected an option will automatically be switched to virtual participation. Refunds will be processed in the order they are received from May 11 through May 22.
If I hadn’t registered for the in-person Annual Conference, will I be able to register for the virtual event, IASA Xchange?
Registration for IASA Xchange will open soon, and notifications will be sent and posted on our website.
My company was exhibiting and/or sponsoring IASA2020. What will happen to fees paid?
We will be reaching out directly to you regarding options for your booth and/or sponsorship commitments.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
Attendees with housing selected through the housing bureau (as part of registration) and within our contracted block will automatically be cancelled. No action is necessary on your part.
If you booked a reservation outside of our block (even if it is in one of the contracted properties), you must contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
Will IASA refund any travel expenses?
No. We will not refund individual travel costs. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. Many airlines are either waiving cancellation fees or considering the action that precipitated your cancellation. Please contact your travel provider to see if your ticket qualifies. We apologize for any inconvenience and challenges this may cause you.
