Jon Picoult helps companies impress their customers and inspire their employees, creating “raving fans” that drive business growth. He is a noted authority on customer experience (CX), and founder of Watermark Consulting, a leading CX advisory firm.  A sought-after business advisor and speaker, Jon’s insights have been featured in dozens of media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, NBC News, Forbes, Carrier Management and Best’s Review.

He has worked with some of the world’s foremost brands, personally advising chief executives and other members of the C-Suite. Jon has helped these organizations capitalize on the power of loyalty – both in the marketplace and in the workplace.

Prior to establishing Watermark, Jon held senior executive roles at Fortune 100 insurance companies – leading service, operations, distribution, technology, sales and marketing. Early in his career, at the age of 29, Jon earned the distinction of becoming the youngest executive officer in the over 150-year history of a leading, global financial services company.

     RECOVERING CPA,  CORPORATE COMEDIAN

John Garrett is a nationally recognized speaker and emcee who draws on his condition as a recovering Big Four CPA to deliver messages that hit home with corporate audiences.  

John Garrett has performed in Las Vegas, has opened for comedian Louie Anderson in Atlantic City and been seen in concert with the band Train. You may have heard his stand-up comedy on the nationally-syndicated Bob & Tom Radio Show or tracks from his comedy album on Sirius XM Satellite Radio. And he’s written two shows that were nominated for an Emmy!

All of this from someone who used to be an accountant. After several years in public accounting being told to “think outside the box”, John decided it was better to “live” outside the box. He became a corporate speaker and is quickly making a name for himself as a "recovering CPA" as he visits firms and conferences across the US and Canada.

Important Message Regarding CPE:
If you would like CPE credits for this event, you will be REQUIRED to answer Yes or No to obtain CPE Credit during the registration process.  To meet NASBA requirements for any partial credit sessions, you MUST attend one 50 minute session prior to any partial credit session (less than 50 minutes).  This requirement can be met by attending the Keynote on Monday and Super Session on Tuesday.  It is your responsibility to meet the requirements set forth by your state boards for CPE credit.  Session Evaluations will be sent following the event and certificates will be generated by logging in to IASA's new Learning Management System (LMS),  scheduled for launch in later June.  You will be notified when you can access the LMS to print your certificate.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by March 8, 2021, 11:59 pm EST will be able to receive a refund of registration fees less 15% admin fee.  All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to kbohannon@iasa.org. 
Cancellations after March 8, 2021 will not receive a refund but will be granted access to all session recordings.

IASA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its web site: www.nasbaregistry.org.
