Sunshine Chapter Annual Fall Conference 2026

Join the IASA Sunshine Chapter for our 2026 Annual Conference at the Aloft Orlando Downtown, September 16-18, 2026. Wednesday 9/16: golf outing at Bella Collina. Thursday 9/17: full-day general session plus an evening Welcome Reception. Friday 9/18: half-day session (9 AM-1 PM). Earn approximately 12 CPE credits while networking with insurance accounting and finance professionals from across Florida. Discounted group hotel rate available. Registration fees: 
Member: $299 Early (Today thru 07/31) /$375 Regular (08/01-09/18) 
Non-Member: $375 Early (Today thru 07/31)/ $425 Regular (08/01-09/14)
Golf Registration Fee: $ 150

Full registration includes all sessions, meals, and the Thursday evening Welcome Reception. Optional golf outing Wednesday 9/16 at Bella Collina ($150/player). CPE certificates provided (multi-day conference; ~12 CPE: 8 hrs Thursday + 4 hrs Friday). Sponsor complimentary registrations included per sponsorship level. (Agenda coming soon to confirm CPE)

Hotel reservations: Group room rate: $249/night + 12.5% room tax (Run of House). Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations received on or before August 17, 2026. 50% refund for cancellations from August 18 to September 3, 2026. No refunds after September 3, 2026. Substitutions are welcome at any time at no additional charge.

CPE Requirements:
1. Use your device's camera to scan the QR code provided for each session located at each session. Locate your name on the app and check in up to 15 minutes before the session begins.
2. To check out, rescan the same QR code within 15 minutes after the session ends. Be sure to complete the included evaluation and provide your signature to finalize checkout for CPE.

  • Attendance Requirement: Full session attendance is mandatory to qualify for CPE credit.(We will not give partial credit)
  • Verification & Evaluation: Be sure to complete the included evaluation and provide your signature to finalize checkout.
  • CPE Processing & Certificates: CPE credits will be processed within two weeks after the event.
  • Attendees will receive an email notification once their certificates are available for printing.
  • Assistance & Inquiries: Any CPE-related questions must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Requests made after this period will not be considered, and CPE credit will be forfeited.
  • Record-Keeping: Attendees are responsible for maintaining & filing their CPE records for certification purposes.
