               May 2021

If you had attended the IASA XchangeTM lite in March, then you know how energetic and engaging this presentation was.  Watch this encore performance and engage in  "live" Q & A with presenters Brett Carter, Managing Director, Jacobson Online and Ms. Sinead Condon, Chief People Officer, Guidewire Software.

For years, the insurance industry has recognized the importance of diversity and its compelling business case. However, to be truly successful, insurers must also focus on equity and inclusion, while understanding the underlying reasons for diversity’s impact on business and profits. Cultivating an inclusive culture is an ongoing process that requires a substantial investment of time and effort to sustain change. In this session, attendees will gain a better understanding of how to transform their organizations with diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind.

LIVE Q & A after the broadcast with Brett Carter and Sinead Condon.
