Building on last year’s successful webinar, “How to Think Like an Entrepreneur in the Insurance Industry,” Brian Hemesath, managing director of the Global Insurance Accelerator, will expose ways insurance company professionals can promote cultural change and move innovative ideas beyond discussion into a strategic action plan. Acting like an entrepreneur may not be easy in an insurance company environment where failure is not a viable option when testing hypotheses. For insurance companies, innovation doesn’t come easy. In fact, InsurTech and startup concepts, like the minimum viable product (MVP), are often in distinct conflict with the risk averse nature of the traditional insurance industry. Lessons from the startup community and the InsurTech world can provide a roadmap for those individuals with traditional positions looking to transform even the most traditional insurance company environments. Join us for a webinar which will help you identify ways you can act more like an entrepreneur within your own organization.

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

- Identify steps for turning innovative ideas into action items
 - Define ways a traditional insurer can successfully engage a third-party InsurTech startup
- Recognize business benefits for implementing an MVP in an internal innovation environment
