Rod Van Genderen, IASA Advisory Board Chair

IASA has announced its Advisory Board for the 2025–2026 term, with Rod Van Genderen, ACS, CPA, FLMI, Head of Operational Risk at Securian Financial Group, stepping into the role of Chair.

A dedicated IASA volunteer for more than 20 years, Rod has served on multiple committees and as an officer for the Midwest Chapter. In his professional role, he leads strategy for operational risk programs at Securian Financial Group, enabling risk-informed decision-making across the organization.
