IASA welcomes affiliated organizations to meet and host various functions during IASA-approved dates and times in conjunction with the 2022 IASA Xchange™ in Baltimore.

What is an In Conjunction With (ICW) Meeting?

An In Conjunction With (ICW) meeting is any event affecting IASA Xchange™ attendees that is outside the official IASA Xchange™ program. All meetings offered during the inclusive dates of IASA Xchange™ held at IASA-contracted facilities are considered ICWs and must be submitted for IASA approval.

Allowed ICW events include, but are not limited to: alumni receptions, social events/dinners, staff meetings, industry pre- and post-conference meetings, advisory board, committee, and board meetings.

In general, the following activities are not permitted: external education programs, CPE programs, sales presentations, and equipment demonstrations.

The 2022 ICW Guidelines include IASA’s policies for ICWs, allowed dates and times, and administrative fee schedules.
