Eryn is the Head of Insurance Solutions at Mercer, responsible for developing and executing the firm’s investment strategy for P&C, Health, Life, and Captive insurance clients. With over thirteen years of industry experience, she leads the design of customized investment solutions aligned with insurers’ business strategy, regulatory capital requirements, and long-term objectives.
She oversees multibillion-dollar portfolios across public and private markets, working closely with front, middle, and back-office teams to deliver capital-efficient, client-aligned outcomes. Eryn also plays a strategic role in business development and thought leadership, representing Mercer at industry conferences and advising clients on insurance-specific investment challenges.
As Chair of Mercer’s Insurance Investment Strategic Research Team and a member of the Insurance Investment Committee, she drives innovation and research across the platform. Eryn holds a B.A. in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Portland State University, has passed the CFA Level I Exam, and holds certificates in Disruptive Strategy and Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online.
