Wes brings nearly three decades of reinsurance and capital advisory experience to his role as Senior Managing Director at Aon Reinsurance Solutions in Atlanta. As an account executive, he partners with insurers to craft risk transfer and capital strategies that support profitable growth and resilience.
His career began in 1997 at the Florida Property and Casualty Joint Underwriting Association (now Citizens), where he developed a front‑row view of catastrophe risk. Wes then held positions at General Reinsurance Corporation and Benfield Group, before joining Aon through its 2008 acquisition of Benfield.
A graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Risk Management and Insurance, Wes also holds the ARe and ARM designations. He and his family live in Cumming, Georgia. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him outdoors - hunting, fishing, boating, hiking or exploring the outdoors with his wife and three children.
