IASA Xchange™ and Potential Weather Impacts

You may have heard that a tropical system is brewing, and early models show the possibility of hurricane development and a Gulf Coast landfall somewhere between Louisiana and Texas this weekend into early next week during IASA Xchange™. While it’s still too early to predict the path and potential impacts on Louisiana, and New Orleans specifically, IASA remains in close communication with the local emergency management departments and the convention center — all of whom are ready and prepared to enact a disaster preparedness plan if conditions become favorable for storm impacts to the area.
Please know that the safety and well-being of our members, staff, attendees, partners, sponsors, and vendors are our top priority. At this time, the conference is still being held.
Please stay tuned to your email and this web page for future updates. These resources will be updated frequently and as often as necessary.
Be safe, friends. We look forward to seeing you in New Orleans.
