The IASA Advisory Board is a group of volunteer leaders who help IASA make strategic decisions by providing expert knowledge and guidance. The Advisory Board provides valuable insight and feedback on strategic direction while expanding IASA’s network and promoting IASA in the insurance and risk management community.

Rod has volunteered with the IASA, industry, and community organizations for over 20 years.
Kristine Weber
Senior VP, Accounting & Claims Manager

Kristine Weber joined BMS Re in 2011 and currently serves on the Client Reinsurance Operations team for BMS Re US. She oversees a team of 20 Accounting & Claims Analysts that handle the client servicing of over 300 active insurance company/MGA clients. Prior to BMS, Kristine held Accounting & Claim roles at Guy Carpenter, John B. Collins, and Benfield.

Doug has been VP, Technology with Travelers since 2010. Prior to that, Doug spent nearly 10 years at Accenture. His 20+ years of business and technology experience includes large-scale delivery management and hands-on software engineering of strategic business capabilities through technology innovation. Doug has supported IASA for 10+ years and has served on multiple non-profit boards.
