2024 IASA Impact Awards Nomination Categories

At IASA, volunteers are the heart of our organization, and we are committed to supporting and acknowledging those volunteers throughout the year.  This award recognizes an IASA volunteer that has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service to the organization.  Whether they have contributed an exciting new idea, spent countless hours supporting an IASA committee, implemented a successful project for a committee, or contributed in some other impactful way, this volunteer aligns with the mission and strategies of the organization and works to bring positive change to our membership.  Nominations may be submitted by any member of the IASA community.  Voting for this award will be reserved for active volunteers.  Nominations may be submitted by members and nonmembers.  Self-nominations are also accepted.

We are committed to advocating and accelerating the positive professional growth of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the insurance industry.  This corporate award celebrates the efforts and accomplishments of insurance industry companies who work to promote a more racially and ethnically diverse workforce. This award recognizes those entities/companies who have demonstrated a commitment to promoting full and equal participation in the insurance industry through the encouragement and inclusion of women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and/or persons of differing races, ethnicities, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, religions, nationalities, ages, and abilities.  Nominations may be submitted by members and nonmembers.  Self-nominations are also accepted.  Nominees must be members of IASA.
