  1. I do not know my password/It says I have to reset my password.
    1. Click “Reset Password.” If you are unable to reset your password, please email [email protected].
  1. How do I update my profile?
    1. Once you have signed into your IASA portal, click “My Info” and click “Change” next to any information you would like to update.  Don’t forget to click save!
  1. How do I update my Employee Roster?
    1. The primary contact of your company has the ability to update each company’s roster.  Please request that they login to their IASA portal, and then click “Employee Roster.”  Your primary contact can then add new employees and request that others are removed. If you do not know your primary contact, please email [email protected].
  1. How do I purchase products?
    1. Click on Store or Events, depending on what you are looking for, choose the item, and then login, using the new password you have created. Then follow the prompts.
  1. How do I renew Membership?
    1. Please have the primary contact of your company login to their IASA portal, and click “Renewal Notices.”  The primary contact can then pay the company dues for the current year. If you do not know your main contact, please email [email protected].
  1. How do I join?
    1. If you have never created a login:  Click on Membership, choose the membership level you wish to join, and then follow the prompts.   You will be asked to create a login.
    2. If you already have a login for the new site:  Login to the site and click “Join Today.”  Choose whether you want an Individual or Company Roster and follow the prompts.
  1. How do I register for Xchange?
    1. No change in registration at this time!  Click on the Register for Xchange button and follow the prompts for registering.
  1. How do I add someone to the roster, so they can sign up for Xchange?
    1. The primary contact of your company has the ability to update each company’s roster.  Request that they login to their IASA portal, and then click “Employee Roster.”  The primary contact can then add new employees and request that others are removed.
    2. After you have been added to the system – Please email the following to [email protected] and let her know that you want to attend Xchange.  She will work with you individually to ensure that you’re registered.
  1. How do I register for an upcoming events and chapter meetings?
    1. Go to https://my.iasa.org/s/events
    2. Find your desired event.
    3. If you already have a login for the new site, login with their new password.  If they do not, click “create login” and follow the prompts.
  1. I do not see the committee that I am a part of.  Where is it?
    1. If you are part of a committee, and it is not listed, please email the committee information to [email protected], and she will update the information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for staff to respond to this issue.
  1. How do I access the career center to post a job?
    1. Please go to careers.iasa.org.
    2. Login with your company’s login credentials (credentials for the career center only).
    3. If you do not know your company’s login credentials, please email [email protected].
  1. How do I access the career center as a jobseeker?
    1. Please go to careers.iasa.org
    2. The login for the career center is completely separate for job seekers from the rest of the website. Please create your own individual login, or use the login you have used previously to enter this portion of the site.
  1. There is a problem in my information/There is a bug on the website.
